ALAN ROSENFELD, J.D.

A 1982 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, Alan Rosenfeld has established a unique national law practice representing battered women and mothers of sexually abused children in high conflict custody cases, civil suits for damages by adult survivors, and defending protective parents in criminal cases when they have been charged with parental abduction.

His work has been featured on NBC, and CBS national news as well as in the New York Times and Boston Globe and countless local media outlets.

Alan has been described as a “heroic advocate for children”
